| County-Wide Orientation Program provides a county-wide, comprehensive, on-site orientation for new employees and board members of participating
agencies and for members of the community. The program: |
- Promotes collaboration between agencies

- Promotes working relationships among agency employees

- Provides comprehensive, up-to-date accurate information about community services
|
- Reduces training time and costs for community agencies
|
- Reduces barriers to navigating the service system
