Ohio Children's Trust Fund
With an award from the Ohio Children's Trust Fund, Council provides financial resources to support local child abuse prevention programs. Funding in 2009 - 2010 supports:
TRUMBULL COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT - Parents As Teachers, a home-based child development program for families with children 0-3.
COMMUNITY SOLUTIONS ASSOCIATIONS - Strengthening Families, a program for children 3-5 and their parents, for Even Start students.
TCAP HEAD START - Good Touch, Bad Touch, a body safety program for all Trumbull County Head Start students.
